Ideally you will have the following key skills

• Experience in SAP HR with a focus on Talent Management, any exposure to HR Business Consulting will be highly advantageous.

• You should have specialist knowledge of Talent Management, with the ability to advise clients and implement solid technical / business solutions.

• You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional educational history and prior consulting experience.

• Whilst based in their London office you will be working on projects on client sites, primarily in the UK, therefore you should be prepared to travel as part of your role.
