The Academy Programme commences during the initial assessment centres and open days. The process is two way and completely transparent; The Academy team enhances the knowledge of the Trainees with regards to the recruitment industry and Treadstone ERP Consulting’s practices during the recruitment process. This is achieved through an exchange of information and activities.
This approach is a refreshing alternative to traditional recruitment industry methods; often superficial hiring and hoping, resulting in high attrition rates.

Treadstone ERP Consulting’s unique development programme includes a bespoke recruitment training programme to enhance candidates’ successful integration in to our business. This widely recognised leading programme trains best practice recruitment processes to ensure a solid skills foundation from which to develop. The Trainees receive seven days of classroom training in their first four months coupled with at desk, telephone coaching and a full Treadstone ERP Consulting induction programme to ensure they become the best recruiter they can.
Training at Treadstone ERP Consulting doesn’t stop there, we run regular programmes at all levels to develop recruitment skills, account management methods, leadership and management abilities. We support our high performing staff every step of the way.
